Lean Extreme program is our more advanced program, which would be great for any more experienced individuals or to progress on to from UltraBurn or a similar level program. It is an 8-week program consisting of a cardio workout followed by a toning workout each day, never more than 25 minutes a day with rest days built in, and focuses on full body movements. It consists of mostly circuit workouts that repeat weekly, but also increase in difficulty slightly so that they challenge you. Trust us - THIS is the program that will get you results! These weekly workouts will help you stay in shape. The Elite program is created based on your wishes, so you’ll find a mix of HIIT and strength workouts, updated every week for your enjoyment. If you're looking for a step up from the beginner workouts, a great way is to add in some resistance to your exercises. The Total Body program is a 2-week program that includes the use of resistance bands - both a set of long and a set of short. It explains which one to use when, and they're an extremely effective way to get the most out of your workouts. The workouts themselves cover each body part across the week and then repeat for the second week, with a day of rest and a day of stretching. THE bands are IDEAL for trips away and holidays, pack a long one as they can double up as a small when double looped and you are set for some excellent at-home workouts wherever you are!


This 2-week program is a combination of workouts and mindset training to help you to reconnect your body and mind. We slow the pace to focus on the movement, with the aim of sculpting your body and engaging your mind at the same time, increasing your confidence in your body's movement. You will do a mix of Pilates, Low Impact Cardio, Yoga and Indoor Walking alongside Mindset Training, which helps you feel calmer and more energised while experiencing an overall increase in fitness. It’s a great introduction to a longer programme, or as a break from your usual routine to improve physical and mental flexibility.
