SHIPPING and RETURNS

To initiate return/refund please email: [email protected] (subject line: RMA) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within your specified refund timeframe.
Please include the following in your email:
Name of product you wish to return & product order number (located in your invoice)
The reason for your return
Once you email us this information you will receive your Return Authorization Number
Domestic and International customers are responsible for providing their own shipping labels. Customers may chose their postal carrier of choice (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc)
Place the products inside a shipping envelope and mail it to the following address:

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense and you will be invoiced accordingly).
We strongly recommend keeping your return postage receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.
The customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes, customs fees that are acquired upon purchase of our products. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Bodybrand LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. International customers, we recommend you use a customs calculator to determine the approximate cost that may be accrued at customs.
Purchases that meet the return policy guidelines (clause 11) will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
We will issue your refund once your return arrives in our warehouse and has passed our quality test. Note that it can take 7-10 business days for your refund to show up on your bank statement. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please email us and we would be happy to check on the status for you.
Purchases received outside of the Standard Return & Refund Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
Once you receive your item(s) you must check them prior to opening for any damage before use.
If your product(s) is damaged upon receiving it, or it is the incorrect product, we ask that customers take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at [email protected] with their invoice number and photo of the item. We will let you know exactly what to do and how to return the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for an exchange for the correct item. Customers may not dispose or throw away the incorrect/damaged item. We will cover transport costs involved in replacing/exchanging the damaged or incorrect item. We reserve the right to ask you to send us the incorrect/damaged item before we can send a replacement or exchange. If the incorrect item is sent and the error is ours, we will cover the transport fees/shipping. If the item is damaged while in transportation or due to a carrier error, the customer will cover the transport fees/shipping. We are not responsible for stolen, or lost items

Products are shipped from our warehouse in California, USA. Generally, Domestic shipping takes 2-5 days. International shipping takes 6-15 days depending on where you are in the world. We cannot guarantee shipping times for domestic or international customers at this time. Delivery delays can occur occasionally. *Order Delay Notice: Due to current safety measures in place and global supply chain issues, we are experiencing a delay in order fulfillment and shipping. Please allow at least 10 days before contacting us in regards to your order. Your understanding and patience is appreciated.
